Shopping Information
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently offer UPS and Fedex Shipping throughout the US and Canada. We offer same day shipping options as well but most of our orders are on their way within 2 business days.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We can ship single vanity mirrors or large quantities worldwide. If you would like to place an order outside of the US and Canada please be sure to call our office at (626) 284-8833. We will be able to discuss the your shipping options and best way to get your order to you.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For many of our customers you will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. We offer expedited shipping if you need it faster 3 to 5 business days. If you are ordering international you will also have to account for a few extra days because of customs and immigration inspections.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Our website is currently configured to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal and E-Checks. If you would like to pay via invoice we can send you one through stripe. If you would like to pay in any other form please give customer service a call to discuss more options.

How Can I leave your company a review?
We are currently accepting reviews through our Google My Business page as well as on Yelp. Let us know when you leave us a review and we will give you a coupon code for your next purchase. Thank you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to order a vanity mirror. If you would like an account one will be created for you at time of check out.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been placed and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking code. Feel free to email us at [email protected] if you have any questions or did not receive your code or order.
